Pick-Up is available from our premises in Marangaroo WA if you are nearby. ALL items must be picked up within 2 weeks of purchasing. Any goods not picked up in this timeframe will be given to charity. Please arrange a time prior as we do not accept walk-ins.
All orders must be paid in full prior to postage or pick-up.
All of our orders are sent via Australia Post. Liberty & Whimsy Boutique will not be held liable for any parcels that get lost in transit or damaged. We take no responsibility for the goods once they are posted. If this concerns you, we can ship your order with insurance - however this will be at your cost. Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items if they are not as described. However, they must be returned to us within 48hrs of you receiving them. A tracking number must be supplied and contact must have been made. Please contact us to arrange this.
